Depends on the clan. Phoenix might read a prayer, Spider might cut off the head and toss it for roaches so they can get a nice skull trophy.

Different clans, different habits. Crane might have AFF (Aomasa Fried Fish) while the Unicorn likely eat anything with four legs and some things with six to twelve legs. Scorpion likely are not big on red meat either.

A cart and an otori? A horse can easily pull a load of 300 lbs so an otori should have no issue with that.

Probably yes. But dragging almost 5' long skull through the city might be slightly problematic AND messy.

I recommend taking tooth or claw. Messy, but much more manage able and only 6 and 12 inch long respectively.
