So. The Meteor Swarm. Does it count as an Honor 0 enemy for the purposes of Strength in Terror? If not, would this allow Firearms as a simple bugei skill for purposes of Strength in Terror?

I think it means that for each raise, you roll 6k3 once, so you don't add 6k3+6k3 = 10k8 as one roll, but rather roll 2#6k3, or x#6k3, depending on how many raises you called, so reduction will apply for each damage roll, which is determined by the number of raises you called.

If a character has a +1 Fantasy Fight (tournament winner) deck, are they allowed to use it here? Does the inclusion of Signs and Portents make any mechanical difference for those otherwise "winning" decks?

Yes, if you have a tournament winning deck you get the static +1 to your rolls. The emphasis only allows people with the emphasis to benefit from the emphasis bonus.

So, the "Fire Everything!" step does not grant Defence Point, but the damages resulting for it are the tiebreaker?

It does grant defence points. The sub headings list 1 point on a success +1 per raise.

Would Engineering (Artillery) apply as seige? I put that specialty in as a reference to Kaiu Engineer rank 2

In addition, does Engineering still count as a Craft skill for the purposes of the roll (for Kaiu engineer 1) despite it not crafting anything?

If the answer here is yes, does flying the drone count as an air or space-borne vehicle for Skyrider 1?

"While piloting an air or space-borne vehicle, you may instead choose to apply this bonus to one damage roll if you choose."

If THIS answer is yes, would it apply to all damage rolls, or just one?

Yes, please consider that you're attacking this enemy for the purposes of your skill and it is at 0 Honour.

Didn't mean to confuse, I suppose I'm trying to convey that they should be rolled as 6k3+6k3+6k3 as opposed to 18k9 then converted to 10k10+XX.

Yes, please add your school-related attack bonuses to the attack. You can only "assume attack stance".

The raises called for the attack and damages do count for Defence Points. The amount of damage does not but only for tiebreaker purposes.

Please note that you only roll for damages if you are successful.
