It had been another long day but he didnt feel too tired despite the biathlon, the questionable arcade performance, and the other events of the day. Once again the Firefly pulled up a desk, got his notes out, and started scribbling. His manual of otori operation was coming along nicely. It might even get finished in time for movie party he'd organised!

Ghost dad watched from a nearby stack. Firefly weren't meant to ride birds boy. A few moments later there was grudging follow up. Still, good on you for trying I suppose.

A couple of hours passed as he worked away on his little project. It was starting to get to that point where he should probably think about packing up, there was a party to get to after all, but everything came together nicely. The stick samurai. Their Otori friends. The little equations, angles, velocity notations. Potential ways in which swords, firearms, and other assorted equipment might get variously caught up, tangled, jostled, or landed on. Danger symbols and warning labels. Beaks and claws. It was a thing of beauty. Safe, safe, beauty. Even the Heavenly Dragon which Spites the Dreams of Mortals approved of his hard work.

D3. LE. Side project, Otori Safety Manual. Second roll. Intelligence/Engineering(Documentation): 6d10o10k3 32
