Question: I've seen Oratory come up twice in the events, and Storytelling none. They aren't the same thing, are they? Or could we use one for the other, at least? Cheers! |

Can Mechanic Servant roll for the Tuning your Ride part of the event instead of the player? Seems like what they were make to do. If so, can they raise or not (because considered to be Void 0)? |

Also, joining a fan con thread during that time does not take a time slot, much like an observation thread. |

Asking the very important questions here! Quote: True Miko: a Starlight Miko Crusaders experience Finally, wielding a replica weapon of their respective magical miko, the participant is expected to form an accurate kata. This is done by making a Weapon roll/Agility roll at TN15 with any traditional melee weapon skill. Alternatively, they may make a Kyujutsu/Reflex roll at TN15. Does this count as an attack roll for the purposes of School Techniques (Utaku 1 adds Honor to attack rolls)? |
