My mental tally of who I definitely knew was informed had Shoan and Shion as the main bushi sorts who weren't mushroom-zombie involved. But I wasn't sure who all might have been dragged in by Izumi/Tsugiharu or secondary sources.

Also doing ritual research because it makes sense, given what Mumei knows. OOC, I am not sure Tassu wants a shugenja 'event' on the side of all the rest of this, but if research pans out, Mumei will organize that as fluffy side-dressing for those of us not intending to directly storm the castle...ritual.

Having been involved since D1, I kinda regarded myself as the “main bushi” on this one.

I also haven’t had a combat, while Shoan has had two, and we try to spread the love around across the course of a game.

I am not fully involved just heard about it on the ride back. I have been in Combat once I'll give the chance to others.

Shion is probably not the ideal Bushi for this and she's closer to the MCA folks who did the investigation than to the Shiba sisters and Ryuu, but she could volunteer. Haven't been in any combats either

Akemi is the only one I've told directly without you being present. I do have Obligation pull on Atsumori if necessary but I'd rather this went to Moriko and the others who have been in since the beginning.

A 'fluffy' Shuggie (non) event in tandem sounds great Mumei. Izumi is totally up for that.

Sorry, I misspoke...main 'extra' bushi, after the folks directly involved. I think Moriko might be the only 'primary source' bushi that I know of and was always basically first slot in my head.

Likewise Hoshiko, in my head, would certainly be in there unless she said otherwise.

Rephrasing this a bit - Shion would definitely get involved, as the MCA folks have been talking about that and she's definitely doing whatever she can to help.

She may just not be the best bushi to take along to actually get this done, and she's been kinda close to Mumei, Izumi and Koseki, but not to Moriko, Hoshiko or Ryuu. So if there's someone who might fit the bill better, go ahead!

I would not mind at all doing an IC scene to roleplay getting brought up to speed on the trainwreck, if anyone feels like it. But if you are all tired of doing exposition scenes, I'd certainly understand!

Nozomi is okay for combat? She's reasonably tough, knows Jade Strike/Path to Inner Peace/Reversal of Fortunes/Stand Against the Waves. Maybe she'd be able to do Tempest of Air on Zombies but she could easily flub that. Skills she doesn't have much to offer as she's much more of a generalist type.
