For Purposes of Strength in Terror, will it be usable as juat the bugei skill for the shooting gallery game? Or the standard difference in honor?

I think the ruling ought to be the same as with the targets on the biathlon event. You only ever get the honor benefit if you are shooting something with actual stats.

Will the NPC that have been plot-relevant so far partake in the event and possibly grant festival points to PC?

Can you trade Festival Points for the same thing twice?

(Say you would happen to have 18 Festival points, could you buy +2 CP twice?)

After speaking to Tassu, we'll be maintaining our NPC-events-hands-off policy. They will be participating in Tanabana but only for fluff reasons than the event on Day 11.

Also after speaking to Tassu, for keeping crazy landslides and plot twists to a minimum, they cannot buy any option twice. That includes buying out all the plushies in Asakaze, sorry.

People have done so already but I'm asking:

"Can people give their points towards an NPC?"

Yes, yes they can.

Sure, I'll allow it.

More of a general question for roleplay and such: is the person to whom you're dedicating points known to other people (besides yourself)? Like if I have a conversation with X in the evening, could I say how nice it was of them to give points to Y, or is that a matter known only to X and Y themselves?

This is totally blind and only in the eyes of the Fortunes, and their loyal servants! So unfortunately, that's a secret only for X. Y doesn't even know.

I screwed up and didn't include the intended character's name in the roll. How do you want me to approach this problem?

This was noticed and I'm fine as is. Your points donation is allowed.

However, for anyone who hasn't rolled yet, please put the character name in the roll! Thank you!

As I got a bit unsure about the wording and I haven't seen anyone doing that yet - could you dedicate your points to different people in the different parts of the Tanabata event, or must they all go to a single person?

Thanks!

They must be given to only one person.

Will there be fireworks to finish the Celebration of Tanabata? If yes When will they be seen? (AkA what time slots)

Uh oh for the Moshi.

I would say around Late Evening.

Are people limited to only one of the festival 'observation' threads? Or may they move between them? Not sure I am likely to do so, but the thought occurred.

One location per person per timeslot. For the sake of GM sanity.
