This is treated as a Fear Effect for mechanical purposes.

I don't do mass chat/rooms/whatever you whippersnappers are calling 'em on Discord. But I did get dragged onto it for con communication this year and have discovered that, as a chat app, it nicely fills the space MSN once held for me.
