The most esteemed restaurant in Shiro Yokae is named after a famous poem by Shiba Rakuten, a 14th century Taoist poet well loved by the Phoenix across the Empire. The two story building stands opposite to the famed Temple of Fukurokujin in the prestigious commercial district surrounding the castle proper. Built from expensive timber and petrified fungal matter, the Snow-Moon-Flower is rather small, having only fifteen or so tables available for the patrons. This is because the upper floor is occupied by six large private rooms of which five are unavailable for the general public. These five cabinets are reserved to local nobility that pays a pretty a pretty penny for the prestige of being allowed to book one of these fabled private rooms.

The main hall is decorated with hues of green, both pale and vibrant. The low, round tables are surrounded by comfortable pillows. The staff is both polite and well groomed to the degree that any visiting ji-samurai will likely feel slightly out of place. The eponymous poem is prominently portrayed on several scrolls hanging on the walls.

"When I see the snow, the moon or blossoms, I long for you deeply."

Location rules: The private room can be rented for a time slot at a cost of one koku. As there is only one room available for the general public, only one thread can exist at the time at the cabinet upstairs. If you create a thread in the cabinet, please indicate this in your thread title [cabinet] and remember to deduct the koku from your funds.
