Chiyoko turned her attention back to the Imperial and gave a shake of her head. "No, we're not here for the miai. I'm here for a job booking for a show, really. Kind of strange for a venue this small. The story is the governor here pulled strings for an exhibition match here for his guests. I didn't know it was a miai here, I thought a court."

She rolled her eyes after looking back to the front desk. "Figures I would get here first before everyone else."

"Oh? I wonder if the show is meant to be a surprise? More likely simply on a schedule we'll get later. What type of performance do you specialize in Hiruma-san?"

Chiyoko brushed a bit of her fringe from her forehead as she looked to the Seppun at the question. She might have wanted to keep a low profile, especially being alone and reserved but that wasn't going to last forever.

"I'm a pro-wrestler, Seppun-sama," she said casually on the matter.

He smiled at that. "Well, I look forward to seeing your match then. I've seen plenty of matches on the informator back home but I've never seen one live."

Clearly this Seppun wasn't going to damage her ability to keep a low profile. At best he was a casual fan, at worst he was just being polite. Hard to tell with that generic level of statement.

"So you travel often for events, I imagine. Got a favorite world you've visited?"

Chiyoko smirked at him more broadly. "All right, Seppun-sama. That's good to hear. It'll happen sooner than later in the next few days. I don't know how the fans here but the miai, hopefully the crowd will be into it enough. There is nothing more awkward than a quiet house..."

She slowly reclined back into her seat and crossed her legs, seeing as she was going to stay and chat now. "I've only been at it for two years or so...but the World of Dreams has to the best place I've been to so far. The stadiums there are unreal and the city is pretty great to visit, very vibrant and sleek. Everything admittedly seems plain in comparison... no offence here, I don't know much about this place."

"Sounds like the world of dreams is more constructed beauty than natural. Nature does provide it's fair share to see, unique and interesting. But the things that people build are a testament to ingenuity and creativity. I do hope to see the World of Dreams some day soon," he says with a nod. "I suspect that the images and videos don't do justice to it, not like being there."

"I can't say that I've wandered around the city, they strongly advised that we stay on the main streets," she gave a shrug as she didn't see the issue but she wasn't going to fight their hosts. "But flying in, I could see the power grid lighting across the land. I'm pretty sure they have cities spanning as large as territories...or maybe the whole thing is a city. I had some aerial shots...but I was sure to upload everything before coming here."

She gave a glance at any signs of his Imperial status. Even as an Imperial, it was going to be a reach to get access to the Crab intranet where she might have hosted her files too.

"The aerial shots I've seen have been pretty amazing," he says, nodding in agreement. "Did you keep copies, or are they all uploaded?"

Seeing the FoxComm 210 appeared to be behaving itself . . . . . . for now, Izumi pulled out his densai and started looking at the articles he'd pulled about Asakaze before travelling here.

"Do you mean here? I guess they are kind of cute, lots of weird looking forests. Kind of like the Green Carp...except less trees...and less city." She said thoughtfully as she unzipped her duffel bag and drew out a dated holo-recorder that might have been new a few decades ago. However, it did sport that vital miniature screen so that she could show a quick replay of her shuttle trip down here.

She sighed as she attempted to flip back to earlier, showing bits of a cramped cabin. "I mostly upload everything and that trip was like 3 months ago too...Might be shit out of luck. Sorry about that, Seppun-sama."

Part way through reading the page on his densai something beeped. He looked at his densai . . . then the FoxComm 210, his holorecorder before finally remembering the Kami-Pet game he'd picked up before coming here.

After a volume adjustment, he happily mashed Kami-Pet buttons and functions until he'd done the daily tasks required.

"Oh well," he says with a smirk. "Can't always have everything you want. Sometimes you just need to be happy with what you have."

Noticing the kami pet. "I had one of those kami pets before I left, but I gave it to one of my sisters. She's got like 4 of them. You ever have one Hiruma-san?"

"Honestly, it might be for the better..." she said with a shrug. "You seeing on a small screen would likely spoil it, especially when it looks like just a bunch of lights on land. It is...but much much more than that. You'll see."

She waved a hand at his direction and his person as if to vaguely say 'well, you're important, aren't you?'.

Turning her head, she glanced to the Fox playing with his kami pet. "I thought those were supposed to be for..." stopping herself short of saying 'kids', "No, never had one of those. Owning one of those things are pretty hard, I hear, and nowhere as cuddly."

Michiya simply nods at the comment about the small screen.

"So you've had pets then? I never had a pet. My mother is allergic to dogs and my father is not a fan of cats, so we grew up without any."

Chiyoko folded the screen on her holo-recorder and put it back in her duffel back.

She looked a bit wistful for a moment and gave a tired-looking shrug at the question. "Yeah, had pets a while back. There were a pair of cats named Kosho and Bun-Bun. They were stubborn kitties with deep wells for stomachs but cute to have around, always around for a snuggle. With my travelling schedule, I don't know if I could actually keep a cat."

"I can imagine that frequent travel is hard on a pet," he says with a nod. "And makes caring for them more difficult. Always needing to learn new environments and not having a territory to call their own."

"Something like that," she said with a few sound nods, brushing some ash-coloured hair behind her ear.

"I've seen people bring their pets around, it's likely easier if it's a dog since they follow them wherever they go mostly. It's harder to take a cat with you, especially when you're out a lot," she said, not seeing letting the cat go in the wild as a valid option. Especially, after what happened to Kosho. "I'm probably in a city one or two weeks, tops. That's maybe if I'm not needed for an arc or when have some things are...pre-taped."

"If it was all live then wrestlers would have no time to themselves to relax," he said with a chuckle. "Have to be able to make time for yourself. There's no enjoyment in traveling if you never get the chance to see the places you visit outside of the work you do."

She chuckled with him, "There's always a potential injury that gives you time to relax too...but not the way anyone really wants to go. There's totally no enjoyment there about it. We all pray that doesn't happen at the beginning of every show."

"That would be a rough way to get free time," he says with a nod. "It definitely limits what you can do when you are trying to move around with a crutch."
