She nodded, a sincere smile on her features. "We do. I will treasure this moment, Daidoji-sama." There was something unique in speaking with only their weapons for a while there.

Ishiyo smiled at that, "And I will as well Utaku-san, it was too long since I was able to practice my swordsmanship and even in just these drills I could tell you have a great skill foh it."

"My sensei said I was a prodigy of our dojo. That you say so, Daidoji-sama, means I haven't quite lost my touch yet."

Not that either of them would use their melee skills in their main occupation, but a samurai was required to serve in any way their lord required. "I'm glad to see that the Kakita's adherence to the sword is still strong."

Ishiyo chuckled, "Well the Crane are among the most traditional of clans, and Lord Kakita spent his life perfecting the blade. It would be a slandeh on his name to give up the art, not to mention all those who worked to continue his legacy."

"Quite true," she agreed, nodding. "Thank you for the training, Daidoji-sama. I think I will go get ready for the day now, though. But I very much enjoyed this."

Ishiyo bowed again, "And you as well, it was exhilarating to be sure. Reminds one of the connection to ouh ancient ancestohs."

Shokomaru was still doing his drills. It seemed the Spider go at it when they actually decide to train.

"It does," Hyeon-ju agreed. "Until we meet again, Daidoji-sama, carry the Fortunes."

Bowing first to the Crane, and the Spider, she bowed to the place of honor in the dojo and once more before she stepped out of the door itself.
