"The thing about screwing up is that it means that you're trying something." Tetsu replies with an equally formal tone to her delivery. "Ok yeah, it's a platitude, but no great innovator has gotten it right at the start every single time. We salvage and build off our failures."

He smiles gently. "I'll screw up right alongside you"

She finished off a skewer as she listened. "Sometimes literally," she agreed with a grin, nodding enthusiastically. "I'm looking forward to many excellent and valuable screw ups in our quest." She pumped a fist again, then took another bite.

"Right!" Tetsu can't resist pumping his fist as well.

Their struggles would start immediately, as they learned that the vendor was more for hobbyists rather than a heavy duty construction model.

"Honestly, that's probably not a bad thing," she suggested brightly. "It might be better to test ideas and proof of concept on lower end models than higher end. While maybe not on the heavier engineering end, but I doubt we'd be able to tinker with the stuff on the realistic level of what we'd be working with here to begin with."

"I guess you have a point. Maybe we can one that can hold a transceiver and then a bunch of cheap ones that could hold a wireless signal" Tetsu stares off into space for a moment. "It's dissapointing not to have the hardware, but I guess I'll have to rely on your brilliance instead of my own."

"Well, I will be relying on you for the hardware aspects, so we're still working together. Just on a smaller scale! It's a good proof of concept. We can test signal speed that way, too, and see if there's a way to improve it that'll be functional in larger drones," she suggested.
