"I'll try to behave. Of course, keep checking for avenues not at Fan Con afterwards. I'd like to think we can jog some things around here vicariously at the very least and point people in the right direction if we can't get all the fun without them slapping the cuffs on us. Still, would really like to get my foot in the scene of the crime," she frowned.

Koseki chuckled when an idea came to him. "You know. You could buy a costume from Fan-Con and accidentally walk home via the crime scene. The guards were probably told to look out for a cute Kuni wearing face paint, not a Starlight Miko Crusader..."

"They sell costumes at the con, yeah? Would be a pretty good idea. Just change before heading out." Hide nodded in agreement.

She shot a glare at Hide for encouraging Koseki.

Eriko had to give a shake of her head at the idea, "Look, Koseki-san...I'm not saying it's a bad idea but I am saying that I'd look pretty stupid if I got caught. This isn't exactly the World of Dreams where something like that happens on any normal afternoon, maybe even twice a day. I'll put it into consideration if my options are short."

Koseki smirked. "Yeah, last resort, fine. But if you need to see the crime scene yourself it's:" he started counting off on his fingers, "go in disguise, get us to cause a distraction, wait until the Magistrate is done with it. If you just want to look without being there then you could use a camera drone. Might need a distraction as well but it could be done."

Yul sighed. "Well. We've got a target, anyway."

He slid the cup away, half-finished. "I've gotta get going. There's something else I need to check on. Keep me in the know, huh?" He glanced around, eyes inquiring, to see if there was anything else.

"Yeah, play it smart, obviously," she nodded at Koseki.

She looked to Yul and gave a glance at the karaoke machine, as much as she would like to wish they were gathering for a few songs, he had a point. "I think we're all done here. You know my contact. Try not to get distracted by hot samurai in cosplay, you hear? We'll reconvene when we get a lead."
