Tsugiharu nodded.

"So, what specific steps will you take to make that happen, Moshi-san?" he said. Apparently she couldn't get off the hook with vague promises.

"The mall... seems like good place to meet new people. I was buying somethings yesterday and meet one of your clanmates." She smiled. "That seems like a good step forward."

Tsugiharu considered that.

"Hm, perhaps. You could try inviting a small number of people to a group outing to the mall. You could ask them to bring someone you haven't met yet with them so you could both meet someone new, while having the comfort of someone familiar with you." he offered.

"I... I was... I was thinking talking to someone about getting a dress." She nodded. "A second opinion is always good.. Maybe Matsu san or Hida san could help with that."

Having not met those particular samurai, Tsugiharu let Spider propoganda supply the image of Hida-san and Matsu-san, two towering muscle-bound, slope-browed hulks with as much fashion sense as a blind peasant.

"Hmm, perhaps, but the goal is for you to meet new people, right Moshi-san? I've met some fairly charming and fashionable Crane during the miai. Friendly too. Why not allow me to introduce you to one or two of them, and you could go dress shopping with them, as I have little to offering in the way of advice about dresses." he suggested.

"I really don't want to impose... " She lowered head. "But that is the exercise right?"

"No, the exercise is to meet someone new and buy a dress." he said, with a bit of humor. "If you think of it as imposing, you'll never reach your goal."

He took out his communicator.

"So...do you want me to make the arrangements?"

"Sure... that would be nice." The Moshi smiled. She politely waited for the Spider to complete the call.

"Hey Doji-san, it's Tsugiharu. I hope I haven't caught you at a bad time. I was having lunch with Moshi Atena, and she mentioned that she wanted to go dress shopping at the mall tomorrow. She was hoping to have someone go with her to provide a second opinion. It's not really something I think I could really help her with, so I was wondering if you might be free sometime tomorrow to meet with her for that." he said.

Atena took some of the rice as she ate while waiting for the call to end.

"Can do, I'll pass it along. Enjoy your day." he said, terminating the call.


He looked over to the Moshi.

"She said she'd love to, and she told me to go ahead and give you her contact info so you can work out the details." he said, offering the Moshi Doji Ichika's communicator info.

"Tha... thank you." She smiled. "I'll see when will I be able to go out."

Tsugiharu nodded.

"I'm looking forward to seeing the results of your outing Moshi-san." he admitted, returning to his lunch.

The girl blinked a few times and shook her head. "Etoo... hai..." She sipped her drink. "Do you have formal wear besides the uniform Kuchiki san?"

Tsugiharu shook his head.

"No, I packed fairly light." he admits. "Why do you ask?"

"I... I... I kind of heard the girls talking in my room and... well... that is why I want to get a dress... because the day people will be picking out mates... anooo... one should look sharp and the best... etoo... not that..." The girl lowered her head. "You don't need to but... it would be nice."

Tsugiharu nodded.

"I shall take your wise advice to heart, Moshi-san." he promised.

The girl looked up and brightly smiled. "Should I also get some makeup, Kuchiki san? I don't wear any but if we are to impress people I should look pretty right?"

Tsugiharu nodded.

"Why not? As you've said, it's a special day, and I'm sure Doji-san would be happy to go makeup shopping as well." he offered.

She pursed her lips as of thinking. "I'll ask Crane sama for good tips. I don't know what colors would look good on me."
