Despite its charming name, the Wisteria Inn is a claustrophobic mess of rusting metal corridors and worn plastic boards. Each of the 'rooms' contains four bunks and a singular bathroom unit as well as few chairs and a table. Water cooker, tabletop stove and some basic utensils are provided for the guests, though all of the amenities have seen better days. Similarly, lockers are provided for the customers to allow them to store their luggage during their stay, though poster in the lobby proclaims that the staff accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any belongings stored within the rooms.
The inn has also a sizable common room with a dozen or so low plastic tables with a fake wood grain, uncomfortable orange-purple pillows and an ancient informator on the wall. Several worn and beaten vending machines provide visitors with both hot and cold drinks, though no sake is available. If one wants to purchase sake they have to leave the building to use the vending machine behind the corner.
Location Rules: Non-ronin characters will be housed in this inn. Characters with sufficient status will be offered rooms in Snow Maiden while characters with enough koku may simply pay for the luxury of having a decent room.
