Settled within a corner of the inn's common room was Nakaba dressed in his usual business attire. Eyes locked onto his watch staring at the different dials giving the day's date. Counting down the minutes until the end of the miai and wondering what is to be accomplished within this time period. The time left washes a wave of stress over him.

Turning away he waits for the others to arrive while slowly tapping an index finger against the table. His focus own his thoughts presenting a more furious expression outward to the world even as he wasn't focused on anything outward in particular.

Akemi entered, dressed as usual, quickly bowed and took a seat.

"Hello Nakaba-san.

Please tell me this a good news emergency meeting, I'm already swarmed with issues.

And if not, I hope you've brought some alcohol."

"Good Evening" Nishida's face remained calm, yet within himself, he was boiling.
So many things were wrong on this kami forsaken planet.

He planted a Koku's worth of beer onto the table and took one right away.

Tetsu had already been hanging around, but does his best to appear sober and serious.

"We're Crab. We don't have "good news emergency meetings". We have bad news and worse news." Tetsu snatches up a beer. "It's what we do"

Nakaba claws outward and drags a beer in close for himself. The pop of the cap sweet music to his ears right now.

"I will keep this short and keep the floor open for questions. On assignment, I have been tasked with arranging some business contracts with one Isawa Sora. Both of our strong family connections to the cooperate world have presented our clan with a lot of potential opportunity to be had in dealing with the phoenix. Our part might be small but it sets the stage for a larger string up the chain of command. I was doing well... Until I received word that those of our delegation have begun pestering him and getting involved in his personal affairs. An insult held over me threatening to ruin all my work." Nakaba downs half his beer in one go. A refreshing sigh sounded afterword.

"Please mina-sama stay out of Isawa Sora's business. In fact just stay far away as far away from him as possible. My reputation is on the line here and I'm sure there is plenty else to do with the short time we have left on this planet." Nakaba finishes as a polite plea. He leans away from the table to enjoy the rest of his drink, letting the others question or bring up their own issues for this meeting.

Nishida nodded, knowing full too well that this was a lie, but if he had to play his part in the Act he would.

"I understand, Nakaba-san. We'll keep out of your business. But we're here for you if you need any help." he said.

"Good. Thank you for your discretion. If there was anything else to be brought up for our delegation this would be a good time. Otherwise lets just get a bite to eat and enjoy whats left of the night." Nakaba says with a friendly tone.
