"That is the sort of pain I call good," Ishiyo responded as the came together again, "I remaindeh that you have lived a little." She closed her eyes again and just enjoyed the motions of the dance, it lacked the hyper-awareness of the cockpit but the feeling of constant movement brought on memories. The Crane opened her eyes wide to really take in the scene around her, the blur of motion that was the Fox, the other dancers, and the people along the edges. It brought a pleasant smile to her features.
She chuckles, "indeed. And now we've lived just a little bit more."
With that same awareness of the space and dancers nearby, Mumei is aware of the Fox's actions and lets the back part of her caffeinated, buzzing brain cycle through the implications of anything more than a fun evening. They were both pretty happy running around on ships. Consorts were pretty much a given for the whole carrying on family lines thing. Crane were a little too close to Spider and Mantis these days, but that may change with another winter court or two. So....well into the 'would not have to refuse and commit seppuku for the shame' territory. And her smile really was pretty adorable.
So she gives the Fox a happy-conspiratorial grin as they spin past, and aims to keep that smile going as the music carries them through the night.
