Jin enjoyed the weather while he waited for Chiyoko to arrive, smiling. He hasn't yet visited this place, but it certainly looked fun. Some of his earlier nervousness around MAXIMUM RANGE seemed to dissipate as well. Besides, Hide told him to not fanboy. It's unseemly. Like weeping.

Chiyoko was dressed well, or at least as well as could be. She had chosen the kimono she had worn during the initial banquet for the occasion, as much a chance to look nice and be seen as anything, and she held a pink, flowery parasol that she spun a few times as she approached the Usagi. The woman bowed politely, lip upturned in a half smile. "Ujina-san. I hope you are doing well?"

"Ah, Matsu-san. You look quite pretty." He bowed towards her, wearing his new clothes, which was something the kids might call hip. Or even schway.

"I am doing good, arigatou. What about yourself?"

"I am doing well, thank you." Her answer came crisp and smooth. "Hopefully you still find the miai to your liking?" She turned on her heels, ready to walk deeper into the garden.

"Would you care for the UV glasses?" He asked before they moved forward. "Yes, I feel. Mostly. I am not doing as well on most events as I feel I should, but that is my fault only." He smiled. "The company is still good, though."

"I would not mind them," she nodded, not directly asking for them. "I have mostly performed as expected in the events, I think. I am still kicking myself for missing a shot that was not that difficult because I decided to clip the head instead of going center of mass. Showing off has it's downsides."

Jin sprung for a pair for the two of them, handing one over to Chiyoko, a red one, keeping the orange colored for himself.

"Well, you've certainly shot well in most cases, I think some showing off can be excused." He smiled. "I've been happy with the hunt today, hopefully our hosts will recognize it." He starte walking at a leisurely pace. "How has Matsu-san enjoyed the miai outside of the competitions? Scouting potential suitors?"

Chiyoko opted not to talk about her own hunting. It still burned a bit how poorly she did. "It has been fun," she answered, putting in the specs. "My list is narrowing, I think. Though I suppose I need to have two or three people in mind unless I fall enough to be picked."

Jin marveled at what he saw through the specs. "This, I did not expect. Granted, I'm not one for checking out the local flora usually, but still. Too much shooting and running usually." He smiled. "That's good to hear. At least, I'm going to be hopeful as you've agreed to meet with me. In candid Honor, my list is also narrowing." He slowly turned to her. "With Matsu-san at the top."
