Orangey radiant streetlamps and the bright white glow of the waning moon cast clashing overlays of light on the lichen-covered ground beneath the sky-lilies, catching here and there on a flower or the stalk of an oversized mushroom. Atsumori fiddled with his UV shades, pushing them up onto his forehead and then pulling them down again to observe the changes in the nighttime colors. "Wow. Looks different after dark, doesn't it?" |

Tapping at her communicator as she navigates the streets, Mumei checks again that she has her UV glasses on her head and reminds herself that it's really only two days since she met the handsome Shiba, and so much has changed. Down one path and up another until she sees him in the odd white and gold light. What must the UV reactives look like in that mix? When close enough she calls out. "Evening, Shiba-sama!" |
