"I heard the same from my superiors, it would be nice to combine both, but of course the clan comes first."

"It'd be a shame if we were pointed at the same target", he said, assuming a relaxed posture with his hands behind his head. "I'd hate to make you look bad, seem like a decent fellow."

"Just sitting on one branch is a bad business decision, Daigotsu-sama. See it rather as a list of priorities, try to reach as high as possible and as long as you can get one branch further, you have already made a profit. And thank you, i can return that compliment." he said with a sly grin.

"Despite a long history, you might be unacquainted with how the Spider deal with failure", he said with an easy laugh. A bit too easy. "Still the advice is appreciated. Maybe I'll give it a try, but instead of swinging for the fence on the first go I'll come at it from a different direction."

"Hai, hai", he didn't seem to disagree but clearly there were circumstances. "In any case, it's a pity we don't have a drink. I feel like toasting the miai, you should have some sake before disaster or glory, don't you think?"

Nishida smiled on that comment. "You never know when you can have your next drink, so better drink a last one before it's to late, ne? Unfortunatly i don't have any sake on me either, so we just have each others company."

"Guess I'll have to take it, can't be bothered to leave the bath yet."
