He'd really over done it with the dancing the night before. Especially as he hadn't gone through the proper stretches first. That'd teach him.

But YuRaku was always here to soothe the troubled body, and he'd already sent out the site to be tested. He could send messages and relax!

Nishida's slim figure was in the hot pool of the bathouse. You could say about Asakaze what you want, but this was really nice.

"Oh! Yasuki-sama! Morning! This'll be easier. Assuming everything goes well, you should get access to the survey database tomorrow. I'll be sending out a message when it's live, for you to set up your access code."

He picks the warm pool for himself, wanting a chance to soak for awhile.

"A Database?" Nishida asked. Somehow he didn't consider that his data would be put out in the public. Not that he shared anything that was confidential. "Also, good morning, Asako-san"

A little bit later another young man entered the bath, balancing an orange towel on top of his head. He looked around, nodding at the two samurai present before moving to join them, carefully climbing into hot pool and immersing himself into the water. "Good morning, samurai-sama." The young man quipped politely and all too cheerfully for the hour. "I am Isawa Sora." 'Isawa' was pronounced as if it explained everything.

Ahh that must be the Isawa Tetsu spoke of, Nishida thought.

"Greetings, Isawa-san. My name is Yasuki Nishida, an honor to meet you." he said from his place in the hot pool.

"Ah, that would be Yasuki-sama, wouldn't it." The others could perhaps hear a disappointment in the young man's tone. "I hope you both have had your rice this morning?" he tried to talk as if the situation didn't irk him, only managing so well.

"Hai, Isawa-sama. I have." He bows a bit. "I'm Asako Mal-Chin. I thought I remembered seeing your name on the miai list."

He pulled his communicator over and started typing out a message.



Then to the Yasuki. "Hai, a database, but only accessible to those who've participated in the survey."

"Yes, that would be Sama. Also i had my rice today, how about you Isawa-san?"

To Mal Chin he said: "Ahh splendid. I hope it was informitive? Not that i could share much of interest"

"At the least, it's a brief introduction, which can provide a reason for conversation."

"Well met Asako-san." Sora bobbed his head at the man. "Yes, that would be the case. Is Asako-san perhaps a local?" he asked, his frowning as Mal-Chin reached for his communicator.



"Ah, yes. Thank you." the priest carefully bobbed his head. "I hope I didn't interrupt anything?" he asked, glancing at Mal-Chin harassing his communicator.

"It was extremely thoughtful of you to conduct this survey, Asako-san. I am curious about the other entries"

"No not really, i haven't been here for longer than you either, Isawa-san. I hardly need to ask, but I assume you are a Shugenja?"

"That would be the case, Yasuki-sama. My bloodline goes back at least to 22nd century." Sora announced this proudly. "Not a single ... blank in between, if you may." A rather smug smile lingered on his lips. "Where Yasuki-sama hails from?"

"Oh, ist that so? I hail from the Green Carp, the heart of the Yasuki familiy. Where are you from?" he asked.
"An impressive bloodline you have, my own bloodline dates back to the first kuge of the Yasuki in the 5 century." he said with a sly smile.

If the priest wants a prestige duel, he shall get it, Nishida thought.

"Hai, I'm a local. Have a few people I've been meaning to message, about the database I told Yasuki-sama about. Apologies, I should be finished with it shortly."

He starts up a new message.

"What database?" Sora asked, feigning he was interested at what mere Asako was doing. "Something to do with the miai?"




"Nah, I'm from Kuroyama." The world was among the largest and most prosperous the Phoenix controlled. "I don't live there anymore, though." he added. "Ha, Yasuki-sama has equally impressive bloodline. Mine could be easily as old, but unfortunate explosion destroyed the records my family had around 23rd century, so anything past that is bit hazy." Sora chuckled. "You know, one day. Boom. Library was gone. You'd think that libraries don't blow up, but..." he shrugged.

"Hai Isawa-sama. I could send you the survey, if you'd like to be a part of it? It's intended to give participants in the miai a chance to have a basic introduction to others in the miai, as it can be difficult to talk during the events."

"And you are putting that online?" he asked, squinting his eyes. "What kind of stuff you have on that survey?"

"That's very unfortunate. May i inquire where your actual residence is?"

A brief nod. "Hai, I've gotten permissions and am having the security tested currently. As far as things in the survey: Name, primary duty, where you're staying during the miai, tea preferences, preference in games, if you'd like to use the dojo for training and then information on the city and planet, to deliver accurate information to those new to Asakaze."

"Nothing that should put anyone in any danger, I would think, else I wouldn't put it online."
