Mumei nods, hopping in with practiced ease at this point. And while snuggling in the back seat is super improper, she's totally going to casually allow for knee contact with Yul in the small vehicle. "I'm actually kind of glad to have one avenue of research that ends in an answer that does not seem to make everything even worse than expected." |

Tsugiharu chuckles at that. "There is that. I wouldn't mind a few more answers about how to fix these problems. I spoke with Doji-san this morning, and she just can't see a way to get any traction politically. No one's going to move on our mixture of communing, research, and theory, even assuming that there aren't people in those offices also affiliated with the cult." he said while driving them back to town. |

Yul settled back into his seat. Armored up as he was, brushing knees with Mumei wasn't as pleasant as it could be... but, well, they made the most of it. "Just how many people are you thinking are in this cult?" He asked mildly, eyebrows raised. |

Tsugiharu shook his head. "Hard to say. It's apparently very popular, especially among the infulential samurai, and they've been here nearly as long as the colony has. The head family lives at the shrine, and manage their leadership internally." he said. He glanced back at the Osprey. "Did you get any idea of how many were there when you visited?" |

She shakes her head. "No, very few were out and about, and there was just the one miko. I could ask Moriko, but with the way her memory is fogged, I don't know how accurate that would be. She's pretty clear that the next ritual's going to be <LE> in a couple of days though." |
