"We were." Hayato offered with a soft chuckle.

"I assume you know how kissing in a bathroom ccan be romantic now? At least if the moment is right?'

"You...may have sold me on it. I am willing to admit when I am wrong about bathrooms."

"Romance is not about the location." Hayato observed sagely.

"It's about the people and the feelings involved."

"Well, I guess so. If even a bathroom can be romantic....."

There were probably a few places out there that would be quite hard to be romantic in. Hayato couldn't name them off the top of his head though.

Looking at Shoan he smiled slightly. "You know as long as we've been out here. I wonder if people will think we have been doing something unseemly."

"We've only been out here for-"
Shoan checks her watch, frowns, turns it off and then on again before pulling out her communicator to double check

"-Oh...oh my."

"Yeah." He agreed with a soft chuckle.

"Time always seems to get away from us like this doesn't it?" Their conversations had always seemed rather long. Especially when compared to others.

"I think it's just the quality of our banter."
Shoan looks out regretfully at the water before turning to the vehicle
"Still, we should probably get back."

"We do have some good banter." He agreed with a nod. "I don't know if most people would be able to keep up with us."

He stretched and stood from where he had been leaned against the jeep. "You're right though, we should be heading out "

"You drive and banter, I'll ride shotgun and banter?"

"Did you even bring a shotgun, or just your rifle?" He asked as he entered the vehicle on the driver's side.

"Anything can be a shotgun if you fire it on full auto for long enough."
Shoan jumps into the passenger's side with the seat already how she liked it.

"You make a fine point there. Though I should point out that my marksman rifle can't be used that way." Though it would be cool if it could.

"Of course not....you would have to put the rear seats down and fire out from the back. It actually works quite well if the samurai in question can be strapped in."

"Something heavy across the back of your legs is also acceptable in a pinch." Hayato commented as he glanced at the back seats as he turned the jeep on. "It's not really optimal though."

"Well you try and avoid any monsters and I'll try to avoid sub-optimally shooting them and between the two of us we should get back in once piece."

"That sounds like a fine plan to me." Hayato replied S he turned the jeep around to head back the way they came.

"Though I suppose I could always try and ram them if we come across any."

Shoan looks over with one amused eyebrow before shaking her head and checking her weapon
"By all means, it is your vehicle."

"I mean, might as well right."

He smirked.

"It came with insurance."

"Absolutely"
Shoan snorts quietly
"It would be rude if you didn't at least test the insurance."
