He laughs. "Oh, maybe after we come topside again, I can get in the pilot seat, and look at the controls."

"Who knows..."Atena saw something that might do the trick. "Wait here." She jumped to her feet and picked up a rod. "Nice day for fishing." she went back to the small pool. "Let's see what I can do?" She lowered the tip to poke a starfish.

"Sure, surprise me." He pulls his sunglasses down on his nose to watch what might happen.

Atena blinked. "I made an otori fly." She tried to fish in the small pool. "That was quite the sight."

"Oh you did, did you? Good job." He laughed. "I bet it was. I wish I had been there to see that."

"You asked for a surprise." The Moshi shrugged. "It was pretty cute."

"Well, you are full of surprises normally anyways." He puts his sunglasses back up. Blue eyes don't like the sun.

The girl continued to fish in the small pool with no luck. The girl noted the bit of the torture she may be inflicting on the Daidoji because of his fair skin and lack of adaptation. "I see you aren't used to this open space." She sighed. "You should have brought a hat." The girl teased.

"Ha. I already have a bit of a farmer's tan, but I am normally wearing a hat or something... I'm a Crane, so we try to stay in the shade." He gets a grin.

"I think I have an umbrella in my bag... if... if you want it and if you feel a bit hot there is also a fan." She offered.

"Oh, I think I will be okay, but your concern for my well being is touching." He gives her a smile.

"I am used to extreme weather. Surviving in the ice is no easy feat." she poked a clam like creature.

He laughs. "I'm in the army, I'm not a delicate flower you seem to take me for." He smiles. "Iron Warriors are trained to be tough."

She turned to face him. "That is a cocky attitude. Are you going back to your teenage years?" She stood up and wave her finger at him. "It is survival not toughness. Will you be able to withstand a the wrath of Osano-Wo, a Yuki no Onna's winds, or the Anger of Inari?"

"You act like I've never been in a fire fight. Or buried friends... And, I told you I have a history of being cocky before."

Atena lowered her head. "I..." She lowered herself. "I... I don't remember." The Moshi sighed. "I only know what is written on my densai."

"Ok, and what does that say?" He looks a bit puzzled now.

"There was the one where Kuni san died... Susumu sama and a Minor clan guy were shooting at this creature." She frowned. "Please Dandoji san don't... ask more questions... about it."

"Okay, I'm sorry, I didn't know."

"I am sorry..." She started drawing circles in the sand. "I know I need help... I was sent here for a vacation of sorts."
