She gave another bow before making her escape with a bit of a fast walk. But she did not get too far before looking back to Shoan to make sure there wasn't a word missed.

Shoan watches Nozomi hurry away with what might be a smile, although it's hard to tell from any great distance"We'll talk later, if you want, after we've been alone, separately, doing the same thing but not at the same time or place since then we couldn't."
And the Ikoma does head in the opposite direction as planned.
