"Please do!" she said, happily stepping forward. More conversationally close she took a wide glance around and found another volunteer, giving them a high wave she pointed down to the little station and gave them a thumbs up and pointed away.

Looking back to him she gave a little nod, "So, what are we looking at for your little sisters?" she asked, wearing a light smile.

Hide gave Eriko a bit of a smirk, "I mean... Pretty sure it would be a little bigger than this guy. Maybe a bit more this sized!" She picked up a massive megadon plushie.

"Bigger means there's more to punch, right?" she said with a raised brow then looked to her next opponent in form of the megadon.

She raised her hands and sighed, "Look, if you're going to keep pulling bigger things on me, I should probably just surrender. Besides, I don't think they are particularly hungry for things smaller than them. They are herbivores and I don't look like a tree."

Eriko's attention turned to the con as a whole and she surveyed the place. "As much as I would like for him to show up, I don't think our guy is going to be this dumb. Probably for the best, I could imagine all sorts of stupid things happening if he did. Wouldn't go well for him, wouldn't go well for us, don't you think?"

"Well I admit they were fans of SMC when they were younger and I think like most ladies they have a fondness for plushies." He glanced here way and offered ichika a wry smile. "I admit that I have trouble figuring out what young women might find cute and what they might find childish though."

"Trying to be a wise gal, huh? I'll have you know that hand-to-hand training is something that witch hunters do," she said as she gave the megadon plush she was holding a playful shove. "I'm sure you'll be needing a hand from your friend here."

Meanwhile, the vendor looked at the two women and internally sighed, wanting to tell them that the plushies on display weren't for uppercutting or playing with without purchase.

"No...but there's always a trail somewhere. If a host is both hasty and proud, they might just clean up the whole crime scene just to look proper than hold a full investigation...That doesn't help them and doesn't help us, needless to say," she said with a shake of her head, "avoiding the topic isn't a good thing."

"Kinda depends on who you're talking about, yea?" she asked, a soft laugh as she waved it off. "What are your sisters like, other than being fans of SMC whan they were younger," she chuckled into her hand. Bringing her hand down to her chin she held it there for a moment. "What kind of stuff do they do in their free time?"

“Awww... You don’t want to show me what’cha got?” There was visible disappointment on Hide’s face, but that quickly turned into a smirk. “I’ve seen your fancy shooting, I kind of wanted to see if you’d try some fancy punching.”

“See any other particular plushies you like? I’m partial to the drifter and,” she grabbed a reaver plush and showed it to Eriko proudly. “This screams to me angry iguana.”

“Also, I advise not telling someone like that that you... Told them so. Yeah, that sounds like a terrible idea after what you went through.”

"Hmmm, where indeed, Mia-chan? When the final darkness comes, we all must face it alone. But until then, we find the strength that we lack in others. Perhaps those nearby can provide you with the answers you need?" he suggested with a nod towards the small knot of attendees close by.

She gave an open shrug, "You can consider that a future date idea or something. Maybe you can work it in our next meeting. Might be hard, we're bound to meet probably ten of your friends along the way, what will we do then?"

"The reavers seem cute, such big punchable snouts but still very respectable at the same time," she grinned, "like you want to be careful handling one but put it in a hug at the same time.

"Sorry, Hide-san," she sighed afterwards, "I don't think anyone has much room to be a smartass, especially me."

"Mostly I think of them as a handful." He replied his tone a bit teasing. "As for what they're like, well I suppose I should tell you that they are twins for starters, indentical ones and they just turned seventeen a few months ago. They're courtiers by profession or they're finishing their training to be, in preparation for taking over for my father. They look the same but they don't like really like dressing the same and their likes are pretty different. "Harumi was all about Bayushi Shana for instance and Natsumi was more into Shinjo Mai." He smirked. "It was decidedly lame to like Yoritomo Rei just because she was a Mantis. Though I suppose Rei was my favorite character."

"I'd say Natsumi is a bit more daring, always looking to try new things, and her clothing choices tend to be a bit more modern and daring. Harumi is a bit more composed, though she does like to play her fair share of tricks on people."

“Not sure if I’m quite as adorable as reaver-san, here.” Hide handed one of the two reaver plushies to Eriko, a huge grin on her face, “I try, though.”
