"Not at all, Peeps," Hyeon-ju was courteous enough to not directly calling Ishiyo dumb or naive to her face, but at least honestly assured her that she hadn't talked their ears of. "It's nice to get to meet pilots from other clans. Get a feeling of what it's like in the other cockpit, so to speak."

"I know there's at least two more pilots here for the miai. One of them is my room-mate, Kuni Koryn. The other a Lion gunso, Akodo Akihiko. We should see about bringing them along some time too for a pilot-meet."

"Oh yes I have spoken to Akodo-sama earlier, and speaking to a Crab later today...though not this Kuni," Ishiyo nods, "I will have to remembeh to ask heh about him."

"A pilot meet sounds like a great idea." Yul nodded. "We can all swap our best stories. Have a few drinks." He shook his head, smiling. "Unless we find a few simulators, I guess the only proper competition we can have is seeing who can get the top score in Flying Harmony Phoenix..." He shrugged. "I guess the drinks will have to do."

He rose to his feet, giving Ishiyo a bow and a little wave. "Daidoji-sama, it's been a pleasure meeting you. Oh, shall the three of us exchange comm info?"

"I would enjoy an exchange of comm information." Ishiyo grins at that, "I asked the Goveneh about a meeting of pilots, sadly he was not able to attend such an event. Still we could organize it on ouh own no?"

"I imagine, as a Governor, he is quite busy, Daidoji-san. Even if he would want such a meeting, he is probably swamped with many things that need his attention." Hyeon-ju assured the Crane that it probably wasn't personal.

Fishing out her comm from a pocket, she offered the exchange of contact-info with Ishiyo. "But I would like a pilot get-together too. Could be interesting."

"Of course, such is the sacrifices one makes foh duty and responsibility." Ishiyo nodded and accepted the comm-info passing out her own. "Oh...and what sort of get togetheh should we make it? Just a dinneh? Arcade?"

"Hmmm... maybe karaoke?"

Yul probably could still remember the off-key singing to Yakumo tunes last time the unit went out to a karaoke-place.

Yul considered the possible implications of the impression made by Hyeon-ju's singing, along with the possible implications of the impression made by his own singing, to a Crane.

He shrugged. "Hey, sounds good to me. I love karaoke." Yul sang like he flew. Bold, expressive, and all out. With one major difference: he was good at flying.
