So, ideally we all shoot for 3+ points? I'm brute forcing the tunnels. I'll be voidless after doing that + hitting the crew quarters. Whoever has good Investigation just stick to the Crew Quarters.

Crew Quarters - Someone needs to get this, because it's 2 points just for going there. Yul is untrain Perception 2, so that's bad

Medical Labs - 2k2 untrained

Armoury - Yul's best roll, but I suspect that's a lot of us. 6k3

Bridge - 2k2 untrained. This one is a TN 20, so a bit harder

Engineering Deck - 3k2. Not terrible, but 4k3 isn't great. If someone else has better, please try it.

Officer Quarters - 2k2, and I don't want the honor hit. However, this is a great location for maintenance tunnel people to get 2 points

Maintenance Tunnels - I think the odds of failure are too high for me to try, but the Matsu and Hida might get some extra points.

Do we get points for each person who searches in an area? Or is that just for if the location is searched? I'm going to ask to clarify that.

Oh, extra note; I think it is better to not try the engineering roll than to try it with poor odds. We don't want -5 to fear!

Good news 1: Akemi finally bought Investigation (trained from observing people dancing very attentively; I'll accept no other explanation) so she rolls an awesome 4k3 in the crew quarters
Good news 2: Akemi has reasonable chances (6k3) to force her way through the tunnels
Bad news: Akemi basically sucks at everything else, so there is no real reason for her to go through the tunnels

So, maybe just Crew Quarters, Void the roll calling two Raises and hope the coin fall on the right side? That's 5 points on a success, 2 on a failure. A single raise would be more reasonable, but I haven't done the maths yet on how reasonable we're allowed to be.

EDIT: Okay, last sentence might be false, could be advantageous to visit an area even without rolling just for free point.

So, Koseki hit Engineering? I would enjoy a +11 total against Fear.

Akemi hits the Crew Quarters.

Yul hits the Armory.

Hide hits the tunnels + crew's + officer's for 4-5 points. Hide will NOT be rolling on the last part because that's a no-go.

Vote we send Hide and Akemi first; they have the biggest possible points totals. That way, the later rollers can decide if they want to hit one of the bonus locations, or just get the easy points to get us to 12.

Similarly, Akemi can make sure Hide gets 4 (or 5?) points, which might mean she'll feel okay going for the safe 4 instead of the 2/3rds 5.

Need clarification about what happens if two characters are at the same location first.

Basically, if we don't get the 2 freebies points of the Crew quarters more than once in total, it's better for Hide to go about anywhere else (bridge without rolling for example) to grab 1 without the need for a roll.

Well, that, unless we can roll several times there and add the points. In which case, things are different...

Rest of the plan seems sound to me.

Assuming we get the free points each and every time:

Hide visiting Officer Quarters: 2 points
Hide visiting Crew Quarters: 2 points
Hide hitting TN15 on Investigation without Raises: 1 points
Akemi visiting Crew Quarters: 2 points
Akemi succeeding at a TN25 Investigation (2 Raises): 3 points
Yul visiting Armory: 1 point
Koseki visiting Engineering Deck: 1 point

Total: Exactly 12, with two far from certain rolls

Might be better if Yul was to forget about the Armory and go help us in the Crew Quarters. +1 point sure, and possibly one more if lucky on the investigation roll

I get +3 to my roll from Akemi's servant Kyoko. I've got +5 vs Fear rolls so it would suck to fail but doesn't completely screw me over. That's orokos' job 8-)
