Yes, it will count as a vehicle. And it would apply to one damage roll. So one radiant weapon shot.

Before I whip out the ole Reversal of Fortune cheese...

It looks like all magic is allowed. Is it intended that I'm able to spam RoF before each roll?

I've already rolled and probably won't care to re-roll unless I need to, but double-checking in case this applies and I need to re-roll or if it matters to someone else

For the attacks on the meteor swarm, techniques that depend on Initiative (or on 'reducing Initiative for the round' as the Suzume tech) do nothing here as there's no Initiative involved, right?

You can cast RoF once before each roll, as the precedent of the earlier event.

How do you want posting to go once our rolls are resolved via PM? Should we wait for the go-ahead or have one of the pair make the typical rolls plus description post as soon as it's done?

Basically I'd prefer the winner PM me and tell they won. Then they can make a fluff post to the effect if they want - and once all eight are done, this is repeated with best four.
