Crane delegation: Same.
Crab delegation: Maybe a meeting in the shadiest place of the city long after dark? Also, let's be bad at coordinating so only half of our people are there.

(to be fair, threads with many people rarely work well in my opinion, so I'm not unhappy to have dodged one)
