"I guess it's not easy...but we have open breathable air, no real threats to the settlement and plentiful of local resources. We could use more sports teams and a stadium but everything just works. Asakaze isn't a settlement on a gas giant or an ice planet. And we do provide security to our working force within the perimeter."
