"Koryn san... he laughed at my lame jokes." Atena chuckled. She gave her her com information. "If I knew him a bit better I wouldn't need his information... but I feel I would be intruding if I asked the kami to contact him."

"I'm afraid I only know so much about Koryn myself... Just his name and the fact he is a pilot.

But there's a big meeting of all Crab this evening, so I should have that fixed by tomorrow.

The kami are a mystery to me, but I guess there is nothing wrong with asking them to support you as long as you don't do anything legally reprehensible with them. They're your friends too no?

"Actually my school allows me to communicate with people without the need of a communicator. I use the air kami to send a message to people I know." She explained.

Do you need to know the target personally for that to work or can you communicate that way with anyone you know the name of?"

"I need to know the person and the range is limited." She smiled. "But if we are in a jungle I can easily contact someone in range."

"I can see a lot of applications for that indeed. Can the call be intercepted, tracked or heard by anyone but the sender and the receiver?"

"By a very highly trained air shugenja that has the same skill... But that is highly unlikely." She nodded. "It is the basis of most communicators."

"Cool. And can the recipient answer the same way if they're not a shugenja trained in the same technique themselves?"

"No, but at least you safely delivered a message." She shrugged. "At least one can call for help."

"Hm. Can you try using it on me? I'm curious how that feels... and what will you choose as your message."

Akemi hears the familiar voice of Atena as a small whisper in the air as the wind carried the words.
