"Hai. I am not sure how I would begin to respond to a Crab trying to match me with a Spider, except perhaps to pinch hyself to try and awake from the nightmare. I can only assume in this case there are some politics going on behind the scenes that I do not understand."

"Hmm..."

No she wasn't going to challenge the Crab to a duel. It would seem very weird overall. "It will certainly color my impression of the delegation they have sent, but I am curious to see if any of them will change my impession."

"Anyway. I have much to think about now... I think it might be time to head back to the inn."

"Of course Utaku-sama, I've distracted you enough tonight. I hope you have an honourable evening riding many things."
She bows her head respectfully

Hyeon-ju held up a hand, looking like she was about to say something, and then thought really hard about it, and decided not to as she lowered her hand again.

"Uh... thank you...?" Awkward............

"Have a good night, Murame-san. Best of luck with your studies."

On her way out, she'd check out the book she had started reading. Maybe she'd have a better chance at reading it in more comfortable locales.
