Fusako gave another sigh, this one a bit more heady. "Of course, of course. Now then, is there anything I can do for you Ichika-san? You certainly seem like the sort that wishes to handle thing on her own, but I'm really quite helpful if given the chance."

"Do I seem that way, Asahina-sama?" she twisted her bottom lip, furrowing a brow. "Maybe I might but.." she shook her head, looking back up to Fusako. "I'm not against asking for help though, Asahina-sama. Though.. I'm not really sure what to ask for help with, yea?" she said, tilting her head to the side, managing on a little smile.

"Fair enough I suppose," Fusako commented with an air of defeat. "Oh, I do so try to get into people's business and give advice and help, but sometimes I feel like I'm just a busybody. If you think of something, do let me know, but no pressure, hai?"

"O-oh!" she seemed to sit up in her seat, shifting to look to Fusako a little more directly. "Of course, Asahina-sama. I just.. I merely.." she looked away a moment, twisted her bottom lip. Looking back, a little smile, "I don't mean to make you feel as a busy body Asahina-sama. I just.. I guess I'm not very used to all this?" she said with a light laugh.

"I'm certainly trying my best to learn everything I can about.." she furrowed her brow, shook her head a little and shrugged. "Well, everyone I can! I suppose.. I just don't quite know how to ask for help with that? At least.. not without just asking you all about who you might know but.." she chuckled into a hand, "that seems like more fun talk than what you are offering. Unless, did you want to talk about the other Samurai here, Asahina-sama?" she asked a raised brow and a soft smile.

"If that is what would help you, I most certainly would, but again, I would not needlessly gossip, and you would benefit much more from meeting them yourself rather than hearing anything second hand from me." There was still an air of resignation to Fusako's tone, but it was clearly a bit laid on rather than truly despondent. She even allowed the corner of her mouth to tug up into the slightest of smiles. "I would once again note the observation that I believe you are doing quite better than you believe, or quite better you want others to believe, though out of true belief rather than malice. I wonder who your sensei was, that helped foster this air to you... quite remarkable..."

Her bright blue eyes were studying quite seriously now, her chin in a hand.

"Mmm, mhm," she vovalized with a quick nod to the first. Watching Fusako a bit as she went on, a raised brow, "Do you really think so, Asahina-sama?" she asked, furrowing that same brow. "I- I'm not quite sure what you mean, Asahina-sama, I think.." she shook her head, "but I don't think it was something my Sensei did.. unless I was never aware of it, our lessons often seemed perfectly normal.." she glanced down, those brows still furrowed as she thought on the reality of perception.

Fusako looked deeply thoughtful a moment more before she just shook her head and waved the idea away, giving a small, sharp laugh. "Of course they would. I sometimes think that... well, regardless of what I think, you were indeed taught well. I will again say I think you are doing quite fine for yourself here at the miai, but I will also advise that you exorcise some caution. You have common sense, don't misunderstand me, but I say that same none the less. I wish only the best for you Ichika-san, especially since I must behave and have both of our best interests, and the Crane's, at the forefront."

Smiling Ichika nodded, "Thank you, Asahina-sama. For your kindness," she said, dipping her head toward the woman, glancing at the light reflection of herself she could see for a moment before rising.

Fusako gave a nod of her own before signing and standing. She stretched a moment before looking to Ichika, hands on her hips. "Did I remember to give you my comm number at the Crane gathering? I feel it quite likely to be unused, but just in case, I'd feel better you being able to contact me in an emergency. I'm sort of the senior representative here after all, and I do worry so."

"Oh!" she furrowed her brow, touching her chin, "No, I don't think you have but it's.." she glanced over her shoulder, toward the changing rooms where her stuff was stored.

Wadding through the water to some rocks along the edge, Fusako picked up her densai. It seemed she'd thought she'd probably need it. Her fingers flew over the pad a moment, not seeking at all uncomfortable in the water being only up to her midthigh. Finally she moved to hand the pad over.

"Here, I made a contact entry for you. Just put you number in, and I'll send you mine when I'm out." The entry even seemed to already have a photo of Ichika sitting there in the water.

"Oh! Okay!" she said, drying her hands on a nearby towel and scooting over so she could more easily take the pad and ensure she didn't get it wet. Turning around in the bath she leaned it on a dry spot just outside of the pool. Brushing away some of the hair over her ear as she looked down to it. When she looked at the information already in there she furrowed a brow, twisted her bottom lip, and then entered her information.

"O-okay! Done!" she said, looking up, and handing the Densai back over.

"Perfect, arigato Ichika-san. I read I will get faint and wrinkly if I stay in too much longer. It was a nice talk though dear. Do look out for my message so you have my number." Fusako gave a bow before pausing. She missed two fingers, placed them to Ichika's lips, then turned without further word and slipped out. Towel wrapping around her, she was soon out of sight.

For a long while Ichika sat there after the last moment, she might have replied but she was just stunned from the action that Fusako ended off with. Eventually though, she'd settle up and move on with the end of her day.
