"As it is until today you seem to have a longer list then I did."

Shoan gives Hayato a look then a slow deliberate eyeroll

"Oh no, you are definitely convincing me Tsuruchi-san, it's completely skill based."
As to the list

"I wouldn't say that, my list is now...uhhh. Hmmmm. Shorter, much shorter."
Another look, this time as if implying that the Mantis was personally at fault for a millennia of inter-clan grievances.

He smirked and rolled his eyes as well. "Well, I can confirm vast fortunes don't intrest others as well, Ikoma-san."

That look hurt and his jaw clenched for a moment to avoid showing it. and his voice was low when he responded. "Any name at all is better then the idea of forcing youself on a spouse that has no wish for it." With that said he let out a slow breath before offering the Lion a bow.

"I've said too much, I should be leaving." With that he turned on his heal and started back the way they came.

Shoan raises her hand for half a moment as if to grab him, but the Lion doesn't really know what to say and she lets her arm fall, calling out after the departing Mantis

"I...just...thank you for tonight Tsuruchi-san. Whoever you find at the end of all this...it....I hope you're both happy. Fortunes and skills and all."
Her own voicing dropping down, speaking now more to herself than anyone else.
"They'll be pretty lucky, luckier than me."

Distance prevented even the wasp's sharp ears from picking up the last word's of the Ikoma. "Likewise Ikoma-san." He called turning to face her and offering her one more bow. "It's an evening i know I'll remember even with it's outcome."

"Good night, and good luck." He offered finally before departing.
