Question: I've seen Oratory come up twice in the events, and Storytelling none. They aren't the same thing, are they? Or could we use one for the other, at least?

I'll allow the two to be interchangeable for the Fan Con event.

Can Mechanic Servant roll for the Tuning your Ride part of the event instead of the player? Seems like what they were make to do.

If so, can they raise or not (because considered to be Void 0)?

Yes they can (roll) but Raises.

Sure, I'll allow it too. Retroactively added in. We're only 3 posts in, people can reroll if they wish, if they have it.

You can play it in either the event and/or play it in a scene!

It's either/or time slots. Will put it in the event now. Also, joining a fan con thread during that time does not take a time slot, much like an observation thread.
