Mostly fluff question, but is the colony ship wreck in the fungal forest off-limits in the legally-binding "authorities have forbidden it and you're committing a crime by going anyway" sense? Or just in a customary "nobody goes there, are you crazy or something" sense?

The ship has been designated as graveyard so while technically not illegal, you would be taking an honor loss for Blasphemous breach of etiquette and get a stern talking to 'What on earth were you thinking'.

Shiro Shiokaze 城潮風
Castle of the Sea Breeze is the home of the Asako fishing fleet on the world, it's rag-tag vessels scouring the nutrient rich polar waters for prey. The large port needed to operate the fishing fleet also makes the city the trade-hub of the planet with large hovercraft-freighters ferrying goods and people across the vast planetary ocean.

The Osprey clan has several holdings within the city, thus helping the Phoenix to fulfill the letter of the Imperial Edict that decrees that no single Clan may lay claim to an entire world. In practice, the Osprey are a well-paid proxy that allows the Phoenix to govern Asakaze on its own terms.

These holdings include an embassy, a small dojo that is without sensei at the moment, two habitation blocks for resident and visiting samurai as well as few small biopharma-enterprises which for the most part work for the Phoenix in exchange for koku and certain products the Osprey might have hard time scrounging up. The Osprey district has also several warehouses as well as a small inn and 'Two Wings Cafe' - one of the better known food establishments of Shiokaze.

TN = 15;
else

I'm just going to write up a blurb about Tetsu starting to plan a design and brainstorm with the students. Is there any mechanical benefit to working on a Robotics Rally design early?

It would depend on what sort of design and brainstomre you're thinking. If it's just one time slot, they will certainly take your ideas into consideration and thank you for your time. If you wish to undertake a long-term project, which will require a commitment of several time slot and rolls, you may be able to create a feature design to be used in the Robotics Rally.

For the sake of fairness, your hosts will make the feature available for all but you will receive credit for it.

*Grins* I am ok with that! Tetsu could use some glory. What would that entail? Bricking out multiple slots and making an engineering roll for each?

Oh, that makes sense. So going up to the edges of the area to pay respects might be okay, but actually stomping around the wreck itself is basically walking atop someone's grave?
