The 2k2 damage for failing a climb by more than 10 . . . . can that happen more than once?

Asking for a 'friend' that just failed all 3 by more than 10 . . . . >_<

Should character fail any of these roll by more than 10, they take 2k2 damage and gain the ‘Lame’ disadvantage on limb of GM’s choosing. They also lose all Biathlon points as they are evacuated to a hospital within the city. The Lame disadvantage can be traded to 3 point Disadvantage 'Obligation: Phoenix' as the locals are willing to provide excellent medical care in return for favors promised.

A successful investigation roll will grant the player a phantom skill point of Perform: Dancing/Agility for this game only.

Two questions here:

1) If you already have the skill does this add a random to dance?

2) If the above is yes, if you're already getting a phantom rank from sensation do you get a second rank as well?

Can we gift the tickets to someone else?

Understand if not if it's easier that way for you guys.

Tallying up tickets
At the end of the event, players tally up the number of tickets they manage to earn by themselves in this event. Tickets may be shared but the winner is determined by their individual efforts as Shiba Toshiaki keeps a close eye on his games.

The Jiujitsu roll in the Arcade... for purposes of the event, does that count as a weapon skill, or just a bugei skill (since jiujitsu flips depending on use according to CRB).

If it is a weapon skill, does the target count as Honor 0, for purposes of Strength Of Terror?
